Expropriation and Oil & Gas Lease Negotiation & Mediation

The MacLean Law Group’s Expropriation and Oil and Gas Surface Lease Negotiation and Arbitration legal team is led by Shawna Specht and our services include:

  • Assisting landowners with negotiation of  oil, gas well-site and pipeline leases related to their land and subsurface  mineral rights and with expropriation of land issues;
